Barium meal follow through

We went for the Barium meal follow through this morning. There was weakness and guiddyness, but very little stomach related complaints during the first 3 hours. After that we came back home to have lunch before heading back within an hour. Half and hour after the lunch there was a complaint of stomach discomfort, but it seems to have subsided pretty quickly. Maybe it was the mint water.

The result came out normal except for the part which said the barium descended very rapidly through the bowels. The 1hr XRay showed the barium outside the large bowel. The doctor (Harsha) suspects IBS and has suggested (not recommended) CT angiogram as the next possible step to detect blood circulation in the bowels.
